back from Tyrol

Cross-country skiing in Leutasch was a really nice change from the rainy gray that has accompanied us here in Nuremberg over the past few weeks. We were on the road for five days, with about 20-50km a day, depending on the weather and mood. The last few days it has been snowing heavily, which made cross-country skiing a bit difficult, and we were happy to get down to the valley. Because none of us had the desire to clip snow chains onto the car 😉

I had just run through the forest for an hour and it felt almost like spring. The pace was rather moderate, about 5:10 / km, but peppered with several meters of altitude. Now to swim training and then briefly to fitness. In addition to the few jumping exercises there, I'm more looking forward to the sauna! 🙂

have a nice start to the new week!
