How can you tell that the running shoes have expired?

The lighter you are, the longer your shoes will last

This happens to me every six months that I have to sort out one of my shoes. Forget the lifespan specified in the instructions or the external condition of the shoe. To tell if the running shoe has to go is pretty easy:

In contrast to the other runs, begins all at once and for no apparent reason (such as long runs or mountain runs) to harden the running muscles. Always felt in the front or back of the thighs, and that after just 20-30 minutes. The feeling is similar to the condition of the legs after a long run for two hours or acute sore muscles. You often don't recognize it the first time, but gradually you notice that it only happens when you run with a certain pair of shoes. You can then safely sort this out.

Incidentally, you extend the life of your running shoes if you run several pairs and always let 48 hours pass before you run the same pair again. Since the sole and thus the cushioning of the shoe is “pressed in” after a run, you give the shoe enough time to restore its full cushioning during this break.

Have a nice Weekend!
