Competition day

Today was competition day for quite a few of my athletes ... and to get to the point, I'm really proud of the boys. It's really fun to just stand at the edge of the track and roar my soul out of my body

On the one hand at the Amberg Triathlon, which I watched myself. Delivered there Frank not only a great race, but also won it in a sober manner ahead of Ralf Preissl. From bike kilometer 3 he took the lead and didn’t let it go until the end. Andi, who let it rip on the bike, was also doing well. Of course, things don't always go perfectly either, that would be utopian. It was accordingly hard for Jan and Philip, who, however, stuck through to the end!

A little further away, namely in Austria, my “youngest” Christian Mayer was in top form and won the junior national duathlon championships with incredible wheel pressure.

And last but not least, the Hilpoltstein Duathlon took place very close by. Michael (7th), Stefan (9th), Stephan (24th) and Daniel (25th) all fought bravely and not only achieved good placings, but also improved significantly compared to the previous year. And that although three of you were already at the start of the Ligatriathlon in Munich two days ago. If you place the charms well, double starts are not a big problem either. Then it should be a complete day of rest.

 Graxi and Dani

Hopefully I haven't forgotten anyone who was also in the race today ...

With this in mind, I wish you all good training and hope that this will motivate one or the other for this week. Training pays off!

greetings
