I'm slowly getting used to the sight. Every morning I look out the window and it has snowed again. Good to see on the windows of my car, which I then have to shovel free of 20kg of snow every time.
Over Christmas I drive to my parents, who live at the foot of the Ore Mountains, and they have already prepared me with pictures to see what is in store for me there 😉 Meter-high mountains of snow and petrol stations that have closed because there are no more tank trucks coming through the streets. Over the holidays I often thought about what kind of training equipment I would bring with me to my parents, well, this choice will be very easy this year. I'll just pack the cross-country skis and that's enough.
Sleeping in, cross-country skiing in the morning, roasting dumplings at noon, another small round in the afternoon, sauna and roasting again in the evening ... a dream!
