In the picture above I can see thousands of reasons why I enjoy triathlons so much.
-sorry girls, Andi next to me is already taken, if that should change, I'll let you know! ;) -
The unforgettable moment after the very first finish.
The camaraderie among each other.
The common agony in training, but also the shared joy after the goal!
The daily training, I can no longer imagine how it was before 😉
Working towards the personal and great goal, the privations that are accepted in the process, which make reaching the goal all the more valuable.
The fun and the effort in competition. Feeling your own body, even if you are on the verge of collapse.
and many more…
The next big challenge awaits me on Sunday, the Challenge Roth!
If someone had told me four years ago when I started triathlon that I was trying to finish under 9 hours on Sunday, I would probably have shown him the bird ...
… Well, now everyone else is showing me the bird 😉
My attitude is right, I am amazingly very calm inside and am even looking forward to getting started soon! oleeeeeeeoleeeoooooo !!
Last week I was sick and could hardly exercise.
To make matters worse, a car got me off my bike on my way to work. I rolled over and crashed on my back. If I weren't a triathlete, things would probably have turned out worse.
The reason for this was that I had my Neo including a towel in my backpack on my back 😉
My neck is still a bit stiff today!
But you know what, in the end it doesn't matter, I've already forgotten everything.
On Sunday there will be rocking again and I can go back to the racetrack, I can hardly wait!
skin in!

PS: on http://www.triathlon.de/ you can find three articles of mine in which I describe the competition route of the Challenge Roth. If you don't know the route or want to check if I haven't forgotten anything, then take a look!
Here is the first part, swimming: http://www.triathlon.de/challenge-roth-die-schwimmstrecke-11069.html
hey, I don't want to put any pressure on you now, but I put a whole case of Kölsch on you 😉
no no, but this is the worst possible time for this streak of bad luck. But as long as you stay optimistic it will be fine. I wish you good luck and a lot of tailwind :)
Greetings Tobi
Hey Tobi II,
do I get something from it? 🙂
but thank you for your trust, it will be again now. What is the saying again: "Bad luck in life, luck in sport" ... like this, or something like that 😉
greetings

Paula, Judith and Tobi
Hi Judith,
But we're happy about that, how about Friday from 4 p.m. for coffee or Saturday morning for brunch?
Many greetings
Michael
Yes, great, let's meet for brunch on Saturday. We're already looking forward to it. Let's call again and fix the time and place 🙂

Yes, you are a real motivator .... Thanks for the directions 😉
On Sunday there will be "rocking" you make Roth clear then I'll make Zurich clear. As long as my legs carry me 🙂
Hey Dreisport,
I liked to do it. Hopefully not that many read it, not that they'll all be faster on Sunday 😉
For Zurich, good luck to you too!
Show your best and don't think about the qualification, the qualification will then think of you!
dig in!
