on January 29th (Thursday) I will give a one-hour lecture at GfK in Nuremberg about my experience in Hawaii 2008.
The lecture is open to all employees and, in addition to the pure race, also deals with comments on preparation, how one can integrate sport into everyday work and ultimately also the topic of motivation.
I want to give a little back to my company, because they supported me on my Hawaii adventure both in terms of time and financially. What many do not know is that GfK can boast a whole host of top athletes. Among other things, the European champion in long distance riding and the world's best amateur jockey.
My lecture lasts about an hour and starts at 4 p.m.
The whole thing is garnished with detailed video and image material.
