Pre-start fever !!

Hello everybody,

It starts on Saturday and this time I'm really looking forward to the training camp !! I've just discussed things with my trainer. After three months of problems with my "swimmer's shoulder" and in the meantime I had an old ailment in my knee and sometimes no longer had any motivation at all, I should just do what I feel like doing in the training camp. But don't overdo it right away! …That's what I wanted to hear…
Then I can jet to Malle completely relaxed without not being able to sleep for nights beforehand because I know what I have to train

I'll shoot a few videos, take pictures and, if I have a chance on site, put it on my side.

equal opportunity

When I was at home with my parents last weekend, I persuaded my father to take a look at the local bike dealer. We wanted to get some spare parts for my mountain bike.
At some point our eyes fell on this funny-looking bike and after hearing more and more about the new generation of battery-powered bikes, we decided to just give it a try.

“Of course” the bike dealer was immediately enthusiastic about our idea 😉
During my test drive, I flew up the nearby mountain with virtually no problems. On my racing bike, I wouldn't have had the slightest chance to stick with it. Your own pedal stroke is amplified by up to 400%. When I got down again I was completely thrilled! My father too, by the way. Two bikes were immediately ordered for my parents 😉

The big advantage is that both of them are now able to ride my tours! So far completely impossible due to the different speeds. Great invention!!!
I go even further and I am of the opinion that such bikes could significantly relieve city traffic in the future. The range of the batteries is so far 60-100km and that really makes it possible for almost "everyone" to cover shorter distances, tours and work trips by bike.

... if you ever have the opportunity to test such a bike, just do it, you will be amazed!
But it is only bought for the others, for you triathletes it is of course nothing, you have to train without help! 😉
