Out and about in Roth
Bennie and I will be at the EDS status Be represented at the Challenge Roth trade fair, present our book - Triathlon for Working People - and answer questions about all topics related to triathlon. If you want to pick up the last competition tips or just drop by, we look forward to it!
On Saturday we're at the Genniges bookstore in Roth and start signing books there from 11 a.m. and of course we look forward to everyone who comes by. Don't worry, you don't have to have anything signed or buy anything :))
Otherwise I’m really looking forward to Sunday the whole week and don’t miss the race, see you on the track !!! Sometimes a nice feeling to experience the whole spectacle from the viewer's point of view ...
... and not only always from the perspective of the participant who ends up suffering badly 😉
Although I would of course like to swap places with everyone at the start, it's just too much fun.
training
For a week now I finally got back into training. About time too, after it barely kept me on my seat. Cycling is going well, I still have a few minor deficiencies to make up for in running 😉 and I will start swimming again next week.
