Bloating

Hi Guys,

After I had to stop training again for a short time at the weekend, my tendon irritation still doesn't leave me alone, I went to the sports doctor I trust this morning and now have a medical report!

Don't ask me what his name is, what I know is that some nasty bursa is infected. It was now sucked out down to the last drop and sprayed with some miracle cure. Tomorrow I should be able to train again, I'm excited!

After not being able to do much other than eating the last few days, I am now a bit out of shape ...

... but don't worry, it'll be gone by the day after tomorrow 🙂

Starting tomorrow, things will go smoothly, at least 2x 20 hours somehow have to regain my shape for Kona. I already have nightmares at night that I fail at the first "cut-off time" for swimming. It is 2:20 hours, then everyone has to be out of the water, otherwise disqualification! I will keep you up to date on my training deficit 😉

Today I met a representative from Under Armor and we both quickly agreed that in the future I would only let water and Under Armor functional clothing on my skin. In addition to some new effects such as compression “all over”, they are also dead chic and my girlfriend will cheer me on again at the edge of the track, as I no longer have to wear “functional rags” from the “Herzogenaurach € 10 store”!

So if you soon meet a limping but sooooo chic triathlete, that's me!
