After the long distance, I first had to get out of everyday training and go on vacation! 🙂 Above all, switch off your head and let your body rest. So we spontaneously decided to spend six days in the sun in Fuerteventura. We could almost have saved ourselves the last few days with the weather here, but the beach then has more of a recreational character than my forest in the neighborhood.
What do you do after completing a project? Clearly, attack the next. Full throttle is the order of the day again in the coming weeks, this time not physically but mentally. My new book is almost on the home stretch! Whole batteries of energy drinks are ready to get me through the nights. The shooting is next week and then the publisher is going to final editing.
This time I also got support and will write it together with Andreas Kraus from Nuremberg. Andreas is a successful swimming trainer in Nuremberg and used to be a competitive swimmer. I have been working with him for years and through numerous conversations, experiments, literature research and self-tests, he developed a swimming program that has proven to be extremely effective, and that with surprisingly little training time per week. Let yourself be surprised.
sunny greetings
