what an easter weekend! After these four days I look like after three weeks of cycling training camp.
My legs and forearms are crisp brown ... but the rest of it is cheese white, as I discovered in the indoor pool on Saturday 😉

On Thursday it started with 2 hours of hard pair training.
Friday morning on the slopes and 4 hours of cycling in the basic area. Then run for an hour in the evening. Although I felt too good here, and I shot down quite a bit, 4:03 cut / km.
Saturday morning to my friend's parents in Lichtenfels (approx. 4 hours), on the way I collected Frank and Tobi, unfortunately we had to leave the former behind after a short mountain sprint and the following chain break. Of course not without taking care of your pick-up beforehand!
In the evening I was even splashing briefly with Frank in the indoor pool, 5x400m and out of the pool.
Sunday morning then again with Frank 2 hours run. He even drove the route beforehand and hid apple spritzer and water on the way, what an Easter surprise! But then the post went off, 27.8km and 4:19 average / km.
As a result, I was no longer useful in the evening, except playing mini golf, eating beer and ice cream 🙂
Monday then back in Nuremberg, with Thomas 4 hours bike incl. 2x30min press. Then 30 minutes of paddock and off behind the computer and play “Drakensang” !!
The result of the entire weekend: I'm flat as a flounder, but because of the good training I am “hot as frit fat” !!!

... and of course the cake afterwards too, thank you again;) It's a shame that Frank wasn't there all the time. Then on Monday I rode my bike through Scheßlitz to look for you, but didn't find you among the thousands of people. mmmhh ... what can I say. In any case, I didn't start in Scheßlitz on Monday 🙁 Frank decided not to start after warming up. Sorry that you went there especially!
