Training - rest week

After the somewhat unsuccessful start to the duathlon on Sunday, it was now a week of rest. When the associations come off, I'll start again full of energy and can build on the last block.

  1. Could it be that the routes in Ansbach were far too short? According to my measurements, the first "10km" were just 9.6 long ... that of course also puts some of the times into perspective 😉 (and your 3: 3x pace; P)
