Training last week - rest week

Last week started slowly and without much training. On Friday we drove to Bad Reichenhall to see Stefan Holzner's Hotel Seeblick over the weekend. Arrived there on time with us, the rain fell over the entire weekend, sometimes buckets.

For this reason, we spent the Saturday morning in the in-house fitness studio with “Lance Armstrong units” and immediately afterwards wanted to run out for another hour. It turned out to be a brutal mountain run because we couldn't find a single meter where it was. After countless meters of altitude, on the way back I got cramps in both thighs, we arrived back at the hotel with soaking wet socks. From this I was able to learn that strength training for the legs and a subsequent mountain run are not compatible, not a good training combination! 😉

On Sunday we went cross-country skiing despite the rain. After warming up we spontaneously decided to take part in the 7km mass start competition. A little report will follow ...

    The next time you run down to Thumsee, there you can walk around it wonderfully. 😉
    I've also been to Stefan's three times to train, but each time in spring or summer.

  2. We noticed that at the end, then we went back down the mountain and saw that you could have walked directly around the lake. We're up to the Mogli Alm ... or something like that 😉
