Training last week

Last week it was time to relax. Tuesday was completely free and Thursday (except for a few minutes of running) actually too.
I usually recover for a full week, but as always, you should listen to your body. In good and bad days. On Friday he said to me that he would like to train again now, especially since Monday is a public holiday and we still have to take advantage of the good weather. Ok, who can refuse such arguments 😉

But seriously, as soon as you get “hungry” for training again, and that does not mean: “mhh ... now I have to go again”, but you can hardly stay on the chair at home, then you can train again. The body already tells you, in reverse, of course, you have to listen to it when it needs a break. After a few years, an athlete's body awareness is very strong. Use the advantage over the younger or the unreasonable who don't do it and at some point simply train themselves in the basement, get sick and thus experience a longer forced break.

The weekend I then at least designed progressively, Saturday 3 hours, Sunday 4 hours and Monday 5 hours ... and yesterday I was flat like a flounder! * laugh *
