Training last week

After the three days of almost complete rest on the previous weekend, I was able to walk like a young deer from Monday without exerting myself too much. I'm very happy with the run at the moment. This was particularly evident in the longer run (I don't want to call it a long run, at 1:08 hours 😉 on Sunday, which was completely in the basics area.
I didn't get into cycling for that, here on Saturday I tried to do a little spinning leg strength training unit together with Stephan in the studio. What actually worked out quite well when there was a couple, it doesn't get boring so quickly either 🙂
Swimming is getting off to a good start, I have less and less shoulder problems and I think that I've now returned to the level of the previous winter years. However, at the moment I don't dare to do any hard units in the water. But that still has some time.
This week is completely different due to the snow and cold conditions. I hope that the snow plow will slowly sweep the running and footpaths 😉
