The first well-structured week is behind me. For running I have now differentiated the individual training units according to speed, strength and endurance. At the weekend, due to the sunshine, I was even able to ride a racing bike, albeit at a leisurely pace. But at least something. When it comes to swimming, I still mainly rely on technique training, and this will continue through February. Four months are then completely sufficient to build up the necessary stamina and speed in swimming. The latter is of course faster the better the technology.
Today I take it out and let the last three days of training go.
