Training last week

I had to take advantage of this great Easter weather to do a lot of training on the days off. There is a lot of foundation on the bike so as not to overstrain. Nonetheless, I'm pretty exhausted today and will recover first. I noticed during these four days that you eat less at home compared to the training camp, and therefore run empty pretty quickly after 2-3 days. I'll pay attention to that separately next time and cook something for myself. Because somehow I didn't feel like turning on the stove myself after training 😉

The first open-air swimming pool was opened in Nuremberg on Friday, and of course I didn't miss the opportunity to go into the 21 degree cold water at 8 a.m. for the premiere. After two laps I decided to put on the Neo, despite the fun and energetic retired combat divers swimming around!

    find your training diary pretty nifty (simple and efficient). Have you probably already posted that somewhere as an excel table on the internet, if not, you probably don't want to do it? 😀
