New Year New luck. Now I'm starting to post my training here again on a regular basis. Otherwise I don't train anything, as the recent past has shown. It helps me a lot if I have to write a summary at the end of the week. And of course there has to be something in it 😉
At the moment I am still looking for my older templates, so here in their pure form:
Sunday to Friday - cross-country skiing in Leutasch (Tyrol)
Monday:
35km cross-country skiing - skating and classic approx. 3 hours
+ 15min torso stabilization
Tuesday:
30km skating (quite a few HM and no basis 🙂 approx. 3 hours
+ 10min torso stabilization
Wednesday:
50km skating approx. 3.5 hours
+ 10min torso stabilization
Thursday:
25km skating approx. 2 hours
+ 10min torso stabilization
Friday: (crazy snowfall)
10km classic approx. 1 hour
Saturday:
Rest day
Sunday:
Running: Hill runs across the forest, 1:02, 12km and 139HF
Swimming: club training 3.3km, 1:15 hours
Strength training: 45min complete program including torso
We were about 3:30 p.m. in total, the new year can begin!
