I had to take advantage of the nice weather last week and cycled a little tour almost every day. I set a personal record with swimming over 12km a week, if my memory doesn't let me down. I will try to keep it that way and then hopefully it will go again strongly in the direction of 50 minutes on the 3.8 km.
The last trainer course took place at the weekend. I was also at the BTV cadre viewing for the kiddies on Saturday in Ingolstadt and in the evening at the Sailfishnight in Langen. Treat hangovers and headaches on Sunday. So there was almost nothing going on in terms of training over the weekend.
