PARTY PEOPLE UNITE,
there is something to celebrate!!! New record, swum 16.1 km a week π
Perhaps a normal workload for some, but for me 2-3 times as much as I usually swam the years before.

I realize that I have to change something in order to get as close as possible to 50 minutes next summer. So I'm currently changing some of my old training routines and testing to see how it affects performance. So far I am quite satisfied.
In addition, I have found that skating has a positive effect on swimming performance, as the permanent use of poles puts a lot of strain on the triceps, one of the most important swimming muscles.
The other two disciplines are also doing well. Not much has been going on on the bike lately due to the weather. When running, it is a little slower, but still steady. The goal here is to run an hour on the aerobic threshold at 4:00 a.m. within the next three months. When that is achieved, the basic area is optimized and I begin to incorporate speed intervals into my training.
Have a good start into your week!

I can confirm that with cross-country skiing and swimming.
I know a couple of very good cross-country skiers who, despite swimming less kilometers, swim very well!
Hi Armin,
perfect, you have to have a very good coach Trainer
I would say the best π
