Training last week

This week was more swimming and running. I didn't watch TV in the evening, which I almost always do anyway, and prefer to go swimming. In the meantime I have noticed myself how things are going in the water. Did I mention that I have never swum 17km a week 😉 PARTYPEOPLE !!!

Now I hope that the weather stays mild, then I can ride my bike again. I usually train strength endurance on the ergometer, which is great for that. However, after 30 minutes I get bored and long for fresh air. If you look in it more often you will see that I increase the strength endurance intervals a little every week. The goal is to pedal 400W for one hour in the spring. But of course that has to be increased slowly, otherwise at some point I'll tip over from the saddle onto the tiles, exhausted.
