Party people unite,
good start to training here in Nuremberg. I was still so involved in cycling from training camp that I still jumped on the bike more often. A few kilometers have come together anyway.
In swimming I had to get up to speed again, so the intervals were rather short in a brisk style.
There was a lot of catching up to do with running after Cyprus. On the Tuesday after the first run, I doubted even being able to make it to the Rothsee run today, I suddenly became so slow. After a couple of days that happened again and today I was able to pull off a 3:45 cut on the 10.5km. I promised each of my athletes who overtook me a beer. After all, I'll have to give out three pils to Graxi, Treibi and Martin soon. Everyone else, too, clean performance!
Thanks again to the organizers Finish-Line, who added me to the start list 10 minutes before the start when I flew over the gravel path on my bike in the time trial manner. By the way, you don't need to warm up if you ever ride your bike for a run. Runs without problems right from the start, as the legs of the bike are nice and warm.
If I feel like it, I will start next week at the Marienbergparklauf in Nuremberg and see if the 36 minutes are there again 🙂
have a good start to the week!
