Training last week, block of 3 and training tip

The last week was tough (for me at least). On Saturday evening I wasn't so sure anymore whether the next morning's duathlon was a good idea ๐Ÿ˜‰

Thanks to the free Wednesday I was able to cycle a few more kilometers, which of course is immediately noticeable based on the total number of hours. Now I rest for the next few days and think of something else ๐Ÿ˜‰

Tip:
Speaking of rest, a little tip:
During the "rest days", here for example Thursday, you do not need to take it out completely, but instead can stimulate the body's own testosterone production if possible. This is how regeneration works clear more quickly.

For example, we would have:
1. Short strength training up to max. 30-45min
2. Sprints or maximum hill runs, total unit not longer than 30 minutes, including easy warm-up and cool-down - of course also works for the other disciplines, in other words, to put it simply, "very short and very intense" -> rather for advanced users, as overload is easily possible !!
3. Sex

With the latter, the speed and duration are irrelevant, just as a side note ๐Ÿ˜‰

    mhh ... neither nor, everyone is happy. I took Wednesday off, the rest is planning, discipline and never watching TV. But one shouldn't underestimate here that there are no children yet ...
