Training last week

After a two-week break after Challenge Roth, I got back into basic training last week. Nothing spectacular, everything easy and relaxed without intensities. The correct basic block 😉 will begin tomorrow

  1. I really have to say I think it's admirable how you manage to complete such easy cycling units. i'm a much worse driver than you, but somehow in training there always has to be at least a 30 cut on it, otherwise I feel like I haven't trained effectively!
