Compared to the shape in Roth, I still feel like a fat, little pug at the moment. But it will be back ;-))
If I compare the runs at the beginning and the end of the week, then you can see at least a fairly brisk increase in speed, with about the same load. The shape comes back faster than you often think. However, the run on Sunday was an exception, here we collected vertical meters 😉
It was all the nicer to keep my fingers crossed for my athletes in Kona and to see that some of them are already in really good running form. Like Martin Pühler, for example, who won the half marathon (autumn run at Schloss Thurn) on Saturday with a comfortable margin of 1:18:35. Congratulations Martin!
