Training last week ...

... this time was not for the history books. After a serious illness knocked me down in the middle of the week, got a cough and runny nose, I had to significantly reduce my workload. Because training when you are battered does not help, it usually only makes it worse.

If you have a runny nose and a slight scratchy throat, you can still do a little more relaxed, but otherwise just stay calm 😉
