The focus this week was on cracking the 20km swimming. I swam in the pool today and finished the program after exactly 2.8km. I only needed that much to reach the 20km mark. Didn't swim a single meter. Firstly, my arms are like puddling and secondly, I have to save something for the coming months 🙂
Optimal cycling weather until the middle of the week, which I was able to use again. From Thursday on, snow shoveling units and the training became a bit difficult. But that will be back 🙂

Swimming 20 km a week is almost at professional level. Although there is still something going on.
As an amateur, compared to you, I made it up 33 km in 6 days and it was really fun.
So, keep going and then you can easily crack the 30 km.
