2nd week training

It goes on in rapid succession. Here is the second week of the new block. There were a lot of appointments this week, but thanks to the day off in the middle of the week, I was still able to keep the volume together. The long units, which serve particularly as an indicator for the increasing basic form, went quite well. While cycling on Wednesday it was really cold, but towards the end I was able to build in some strength passages. The long run on Saturday morning started rather tough, you should always let more than an hour pass between breakfast and the start of the run;), and so I didn't really get into gear at first. In the end, however, I was compensated for it and ran at 4:00 pace for the last 30 minutes.
