let's say that today I no longer feel like a young deer, but more like a somewhat older zebra. Yesterday while cycling I had to choke in a gel after an hour that I took with me in case of an emergency.
The scales show 82.8kg this morning ... mhhh ... but it wasn't as spectacular as yesterday 😉
The second day only brought a loss of 0.2kg. I assume that a large part of the 1.2kg yesterday was probably water and that things are only really getting started now!
But there is still one good thing about it. I now eat a lot more fruits and vegetables, somehow you have to get at least a few carbohydrates. If that's not as hellishly healthy!
Now a short, hard run and then there's breakfast!

Wait a minute, when the big hunger comes from tomorrow and the day after tomorrow the performance goes down - what you are doing is actually just an extended carb loading - only without loading behind it.

Hello Heinz,
I'm curious. But after this week, just wait and see, I take a spoonful of carbohydrates and I can ride my bike for 6 hours;))

Hi Krelli,
I have made my relevant experiences with hunger branches during long coupling units and now always treat myself to enough carbohydrates before and during the units. I'm curious where this will lead to you.

Still without words!
