Due to the high demand, I am offering swimming seminars in Nuremberg for my athletes, but also for outsiders, in the next two months! Because right now is the time to hone your technique before the cycling season starts again and takes up a large part of the training time.
The whole thing is carried out by an excellent swimming trainer from the region. In addition to dry exercises, handouts, individual error analysis and exercise instructions, a video analysis is also created for each participant. A maximum of 6 participants are admitted per appointment. When registering, please state your 400m swimming time so that we can split up the courses according to performance level. The course will take place every Saturday evening for 2-2.5 hours.
Due to the small number of participants, this will be a compact seminar, targeted to the point, without give-aways such as swimming caps and drinking bottles, hence the unbeatable price!
Price: 69 € for a seminar (55 € for athletes who train with me)
