Long distance running pace estimate

Hi Guys,

 

a nice week of training is now almost behind me. This morning I already completed my long run and am now sitting in front of the computer with sore calves. Normally I only run such runs in the afternoon with a hearty breakfast in my stomach, but this morning I had a spontaneous inspiration to try it soberly. Never again! I was completely exhausted and didn't have as much to eat with me as my stomach loudly demanded 😉

 

Now I'm going to take a nap first. Here you can check out my new post on tri-mag.de. This time it's about how I calculate the ultimate long-distance marathon based on my experience based on the basic pace achieved.

 

Those who deviate far from this should take a critical look at their racing strategy in the first two thirds of the competition.
