Swimming camp with Bennie Lindberg and Krelli (15.01.-22.01.2011)
The aim of the camp should be to analyze and improve your own swimming style by experienced trainers and to work specifically on the weaknesses. For this we have one of the few flow channels in the world, including video recording.
In addition to the daily swimming units in the 50m pool, we will also attach importance to the training of open water swimming, which is so important for the triathlon.
In addition, we offer the participants running and cycling units and will address specific topics such as triathlon and work, time management and training planning in various lectures. Of course, you can always ask us about other topics.
The camp is suitable for every level of ability, from beginners to advanced. Accompanying persons who do not participate in the camp can also be brought along. Bikes can be easily rented on site at the hotel.
The price of 699 € includes the hotel and meals, use of all training facilities and personal support from us and experienced trainers on site. The flight is not included and must be booked by yourself. The video analysis is negotiated at a special price depending on the number of participants.
