Crazy, the "training units" are now in their 7th edition!
I am of course pleased that the topic is still so popular. For the current edition we have now also integrated watt values. This means that in addition to the classic pulse control on the bike, you can now also train according to wattage specifications. All you need for this is your threshold. How you find out this is of course explained in detail in the book.
From now on the book will be published by Delius Klasing. They have taken over the book division from spomedis and will increasingly appear in the triathlon book division in the future.
