After a friend called me recently who said that he had heard from his friend that I was going to become a triathlon professional, I would now like to clarify my thoughtless statement here.
The first question that comes to mind is: โCan I even afford to become a triathlon professional?โ If you are not a bank robber as a part-time job, then financing becomes difficult. So much in advance, at the moment I can't afford it ๐
I will found a start-up together with two business partners / friends. We are currently developing a technology that can revolutionize image sharing on the Internet. Thanks to a grant from the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, all salaries and costs are covered for the first year. During this time we will bring the product to market maturity. Then I look for venture or other interested capital providers and investors. Anyone who has contacts here can contact me at any time: mkrell@gmx.de
Furthermore, I will continue to expand my coaching activities, including trainer licenses and a second book, which will be published in spring 2012 by spomedis Verlag. Last but not least, there will be cool Run & Bike`s and time trial competitions again next year. My new project, one Nuremberg city triathlon to organize has already been approved by the responsible bodies. For the time being, the race will take place exclusively as the season finale of the Bayern and Regionalliga. Then I think about further steps to expand the whole thing. So if you already want to swim, cycle and run through the city center in 2012, then start for one of the relevant league teams and you are part of it. I'm looking forward to it ๐
All in all, it won't be any less work, only I can now divide it up freely. In the following months I therefore want to raise my training to a new level of quality.
There is still something going on !! ๐
Rock`n Roll !!
