The next week I will probably not get around to writing something, because I am staying in Lanzarote (ahem ... in sunshine and 25 degrees ... cough, just so you know 🙂 and also have to train a bit.

will you reveal who this Benni is? Seems to be a great trainer, I've only just read the last few posts, maybe it's at the beginning somewhere. I want to go to Lanzarote in 2010, but -only- to finish, and a great coach would certainly be of great help.

yes of course the efficiency is high here! It's 25 degrees, the sun is shining, I can eat and exercise as much as I want 😉
