The trend now is to start exercising earlier in the year. For me a training element that should be on the training plan for the entire year. Because often it is not the endurance that causes the pace to drop at the end of the competition, but the strength (endurance).
I can really recommend Cyprus to anyone who is slowly planning for the next season and would like to try something new. Due to the geographical location in February already over 20 degrees and thus significantly warmer than Mallorca, and at the same time larger and more varied than the Canary Islands. In addition, almost no one goes there yet, and where else can you climb Olympus and visit the home of the ancient gods. Overall, the routes in the west of the island are rather wavy to profiled.

In the flyer above you will find all the details about the Trciamp training camp that I run. From February 22nd to March 1st I am available as a trainer in beautiful Paphos. If you want and the demand is big enough, even until March 15th. And I wouldn't be angry with you if I had to stay longer 😉 There is a really cool 50m outdoor pool 300m from the hotel. Armed with neo you can of course jump into the sea.
