On Sunday I spontaneously went to the Regensburg Triathlon and cheered on my athlete. Sonja, Micha, Gaby, Eva, Rebecca, Alex and Fabi gave their best despite the heat and it was great fun to stand on the edge of the race again. It is also incredibly motivating to train more yourself 🙂
I also spontaneously supported my friend Julia's girls' relay, and that went right, I would say. There was no single women's ranking, so the girls decided without further ado to show it to the men and achieved second overall place with strong individual performances. The chain oil obtained could then at least be exchanged for beer kegs with the third-placed. The next garden party is now secured 😉
