To get some momentum into running training again, I took part in the marathon relay from the team yesterday Runmarkt Neumarkt part. Our team consisted of 7 runners and one no less fast runner. On a total of 55 laps through the TÜV Rheinland building, we climbed almost 600 meters in altitude in the various stairways.

There it was sometimes quite crowded and hectic. Each of us completed 7 or 6 laps of 800 meters in a row. We were ultimately able to decide the team standings for ourselves, in a new best time of 2:46 hours.
