rest last week, and from now on we start again

We'd rather put a cloak of silence over last week's training 😉
After training for 4 weeks in Cyprus, my body got the rest it needed last week. Something that is of course absolutely not recommended, but due to the coaching activity on the island, it was often not possible to do otherwise.

Last Wednesday, for example, I was so exhausted that my girlfriend hung out on my bike on the mountain. Which, by the way, doesn't bother me in the least as a modern man 😉

If I've learned anything over the past few years, it's that you have to listen to your body. If he says, “Today we only ride three-wheelers”, that's how it is done. No matter what is on the plan. Otherwise you train yourself in a basement, from which you first have to get out again.

From Friday on, things slowly improved again and on Sunday the hut burned down !! 🙂
In April I'm still building the foundation, with a few speed stimuli here and there. And in May it starts with the right training for Roth.
