This week was all about winter sports. Finally decent skating conditions that we used several times. From Nuremberg it is just under 30 minutes to Waller at an altitude of 600m. Here it was partly quite shady with -10 degrees, but there was plenty of sun for most of the week. So the start of the day is really fun! 🙂 There are now three different skating trails. Classic cross-country skiing is no problem anyway, and here you even have significantly more kilometers of slopes.
So there was a lot of skating involved in this training week. The rest had to wait in line first. Especially since it will likely melt away again this week. Skating always replaces cycling because it uses the same muscle groups.
