I'm slowly getting back into regular training. Today a short, crisp run after cycling. I had to use the great weather.
Of course I let myself be tempted to start running too fast again. Well, you don't want to be slower then. In the end there were almost 8km on the clock with a 4:10 average. At least the pace works, even if the pulse is 15 beats higher 😉
