this is what it looks like after the first week of training, I'm slowly getting back in shape. Experience shows that this is also relatively quick after a long distance. In two weeks I should be in good shape again to start a couple of competitions.
In addition to that, I have chosen a rather running goal for autumn / winter. I would like to crack the 34 minutes on the 10 kilometers, ie to have a 34: xx before the seconds. For this I should probably add a little more intervals to my training 😉 I think a little track training, including technique and running ABC should be quite effective here.
Furthermore, I will have to work on swimming this winter, should the ascent of my boys from Lichtenfels have worked and they still need a starter, so I'll get some short-distance air next year. Then the ASC Kronach-Frankenwald would have been promoted to the second triathlon Bundesliga and we would press the gas pedal hard there in the new season !!
At the moment my buddy Moritz is visiting here in Nuremberg. Today we ran a bit in the midday heat, but otherwise we watch the World Championships in Athletics all the time. Then we'll cook something delicious and then go out on the slopes tonight 🙂
I hope I'll get back to writing tomorrow and not hang around on the sofa all day with a hangover ...
