I've been down in Cyprus for two weeks, and when I look at the weather at home, I haven't hit the time too badly. So far, with one exception, I've had sunshine every day. So I can't complain.
We have made ourselves comfortable here. The nice fishermen have installed a pink buoy 470m from the beach for us (recently measured precisely). This makes open water swimming much more attractive. The sea is 20 degrees, just as warm as the Bayern07 Bad in summer! 🙂
A nice alternative to swimming laps. A Swedish women's swim team will arrive tomorrow. 
I will hardly get my boys out of the pool then! Cycling works! However, there are always a few vertical meters. The first few days I probably overdid it here and currently my left thigh doesn't want to how I want it. But that will work out again.
In running, I'm currently in really good shape for my circumstances. Here it goes 😉
