This is my new project and this is how I intend to do it:
Swimming: 52min
Cycling: 4:35
Run: 2:59
I keep the training on it simple and efficient. It is primarily aimed at being able to swim 1:20 / 100m over a longer period of time, keep a 40 cut and still run 4:17 / km from behind 😉
At the end of next week I'll put my training diary online again.

But if you only hold 4:17 / km you won't get out at 2:59! Think you have to keep 4:15 / km. I'm looking forward to your new project!
