After careful consideration, I decided to get a crosser. As a mix between racing bike and MTB, it is very versatile. It is lighter than an MTB, suitable for driving on almost any surface and trains a good driving technique which later translates almost one to one into racing cycling. This means that even landings and steep ramps are no longer a problem.
I chose the color so that it stands out. So if you see it lying around somewhere alone at the Tiergarten from now on, look for me a few meters further back. Then it probably threw me off 😉
