In the next few weeks I'll be doing a little test. I will be in the mountain air triathlon.de shop in Nuremberg sniff. Theoretically, mountain air has two advantages, on the one hand, due to the lack of oxygen, an increased growth of red blood cells is triggered in the body. For what my method is less suitable, you would have to stay at the altitude for several weeks. On the other hand, the fat metabolism is improved. Which is just as interesting, especially for triathletes on long distances. In competition, this protects the body's own glycogen stores, which are then emptied less quickly and you still have reserves at the end and can keep the pace high for longer.
At the moment I sit passively at the generator twice a week for one hour each. Besides, you can work more or less well. Well at first, but later you get less and less concentrated and tired, no idea why this is 😉
I will tell you at regular intervals how I am doing and to what extent this affects my performance and fat metabolism.
What I have already said does not work immediately afterwards. Tonight I walked through the forest a bit dazed at first, but my legs were unusually light.
stay tuned!

But that doesn't sound very tempting. An optimization of the fat metabolism could also be improved more easily through a correct and balanced diet with fewer carbohydrates. Is healthier, more sustainable and increases performance in the long term!

I'll do THAT anyway 😉
If you float on clouds through the forest afterwards, then I don't want to know what you inhaled. 🙂
