... at Anitas Swim and Run at Birkensee. Julia and I started as a team this year. Julia swam the 400m and I ran the final 5km. Another competition for a long time. The track was a bit bumpy, but my 18:45 showed me that I really have to train again 😉

The placements were of secondary importance yesterday because the entry fees were donated to a good cause - the girls' meeting in Nuremberg (www.maedchentreff.de). But if I counted correctly, then we were in 5th place among the teams. Kudos to the organizers Sabine and Werner vom Team Nuremberg Hospital, who remember their deceased team colleague Anita Wiedemann every year.
