Actually, I just wanted to buy salt tablets, so she looks at me and says I know her. With a little red head I ask where from. Has she actually read one of my books?

But the interesting thing was that she knew her way around and recommended hawthorn herb extract to me, as it has been proven to raise the anaerobic threshold.
