Especially now in the off-season, the subject of weight is extremely interesting again if the eating quantities are maintained, but training is reduced at the same time. I can fully understand from my own experience. So that you don't have to starve yourself down 5-10 kilos in spring, here's a little help for everyday life. Especially when shopping, you can still actively influence what goes into the basket. Once it's home, it's too late!
Except for women, who actually manage to break a piece of chocolate off the bar every day. A miracle of discipline that I and most men will never get.
You should keep your hands off the following foods, or only eat them in moderation:
- They come in a lot of packaging.
- They are processed several times and have nothing in common with their original ingredients - or worse, it is impossible to tell from which original ingredients they were made.
- You have a long list of ingredients.
- They are advertised on television or radio.
- They are colorful and some of them are bottled.
- They are very expensive in terms of calories.
- Your great-grandparents didn't eat or drink them because they didn't exist then.
skin in!

PS by the way, bananas are of course not unhealthy. I just needed a hanger picture 😉
Hey Michi
You are absolutely right!
Since Zell I've also changed my diet again. I do it like the monks ... eat less, drink more. Preferably beer (-;
