Today there is free riding on the cycling track in Reichelsdorf from 1pm to 3pm. There you can enjoy the duathlon route on December 30th. test drive and get advice from a few old hands. But not from me, because I'm sooooo bad on the MTB!

Hi Krelli Is the duathlon running route the same as the bike route? Would cross shoes make sense or is that also possible with normal running shoes? Greetings Joachim

yes that is the same route. Normal running shoes are completely sufficient for this.
